The City of Kanorado was designated as "THE TOP CITY OF KANSAS" by the State of Kansas in February 2016.

Representative Rick Billinger from the House of Representatives presented this plaque to the Mayor of Kanorado Hazel R. Estes.

"THE TOP CITY OF KANSAS"

The City of Kanorado is the last city you see as you are leaving Kansas and the first city you see as you are leaving Colorado  . . . . . hence the name KANORADO

And, it  is the second  largest city in Sherman County, Kansas :)
